By attending the Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Together, we can create a fun, welcoming, and safe event for everyone!
The Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival is a celebration of community, craft beer, and delicious food. To ensure that everyone has a safe, welcoming, and fun experience, all attendees, vendors, volunteers, and staff are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund, and if necessary, involvement of law enforcement.

Treat others with kindness and courtesy at all times.
Respect personal space and boundaries.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Drink Responsibly
You must be 21+ with a valid ID to sample alcoholic beverages.
Pace yourself and know your limits, and have a designated driver if you will be drinking.
Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the festival grounds.

Follow all festival and town rules, including traffic, crowd flow, and security instructions.
No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items are allowed.
If you see something unsafe, notify a staff member or volunteer immediately.
